Helpful and friendly administrator, the staff cleaned the rooms and changed the sheets and towels EVERY day. The hotel is located in a very fortunate spot opening a panoramic view of the town and the beach. Pretty far from the bar and club noise, yet easily accessed from the main road.

The staff on the front desk goes above and beyond. Always nice and helpful to guests. Press the blue button, left a message for you. The rooms are clean and well built.

Location: this hotel is 1 min away from a 7/11 (24hr corner shop. Where you can buy all your necessities). Its also a 3min walk from a 24hr restaurant which serves good food for a cheap price. Couldn't ask for anymore. Its also walking distance (15-25mins) from the main patong strip. Where the nightlife in phuket gets popping as well as Where the beach is located. Facilities: there's a swimming pool in the hotel as well as a bar you can use. The AC keeps you cool at all times. Fridge is food too.

We stayed in the 2 bed villa - it was amazing! Very spacious and clean with a lovely private outside area for lounging and relaxing in the sun. The pool was gorgeous and the bar was always a great place to converse with other guests. Molly and Ricky are phenomenal hosts and welcome their guests with genuine warmth and kindness. Excellent customer service and hospitality. Great location, a few steps away from shops, restaurants and spas. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk away from the property, so overall fabulous value for money. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended x

central of patong, easy to walk to have dinner. the room is big enough and clean. and it has a nice view out of the room. the host is very kind and happy to help us.

Room is super clean - we stayed for 4nights and housekeeping able to come without fail even though there are days we start our morning late.

Beautiful hotel that looks like a huge villa.. We stayed for eight days, four families. Nice size swimming pool, overlooking the city since located on the hill. Owner is great, she can help with anything, make breakfast or special meal, any types of requests. Beach is very nice in patong, compared to other beaches we have seen in Thailand, simply gorgeous.
